Who Is Kenny Pickett’s Girlfriend? Her Reaction To The QB’s Drafting Failure Goes Viral!!!

Kenneth Shane Pickett has established himself at the highest level and is regarded as a future superstar. His performances at the University of Pittsburgh as a college football player wowed everyone. He was born on June 6, 1998, in Oakhurst, New Jersey, and attended Ocean Township High School.

As a junior, he guided the Ocean Township Spartans to a 9-2 record and a spot in the New Jersey Central Group III quarterfinal game. Pickett was also listed as the No. 23 overall high school football player in New Jersey by 247Sports in his senior year, demonstrating his skill.

Kenny Pickett’s Girlfriend Reaction To The QB’s Drafting Failure Goes Viral!

In 2017, Pickett spent most of his true freshman year at Pittsburgh as a backup to Max Browne and Ben DiNucci. In Pittsburgh’s final game of the season, against the second-ranked Miami Hurricanes, he made his first career start.

In 2018, Pickett was re-instated as Pittsburgh’s starting quarterback. He started each of the 14 games and that is an achievement in itself. Pickett returned to the starting lineup in 2019, making 12 starts and missing only one game due to injury. Pickett and the Panthers went 6-5 despite playing in a truncated season because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pickett appeared in a total of nine games. All 2020 fall athletes were allowed an extra year of eligibility by the NCAA, and Pickett took advantage of it to return to the Panthers as the starting quarterback in 2021. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and went on to the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business to further his education.

Picket proposed to his girlfriend Amy Paternoster, in college and they have been together ever since. They made it official on their respective Instagram pages by uploading the same pictures in April 2021. At that time Pickett captioned the post with “Rumor has it”.

Paternoster is from New Jersey, much like Pickett; she also grew up in Garden State. She went to Princeton University in New Jersey for education and will graduate in 2022. Amy Paternoster was a star athlete in her own right at Wall High School and Princeton University, but after her senior year in 2021, she decided to leave the university. She put up an Instagram post saying she’s taking retirement from the game and owes whoever she is today to the game and also shows her gratitude to the coaches.

Paternoster was selected Academic All-Ivy in 2021 and appeared in 16 games for Princeton, starting two of them. She finished the season with three goals and five assists, scoring twice against Rhode Island and once against Bucknell. Four of her five assists on the season came in a three-game span against Delaware, Yale, and Bucknell, including two against Yale. Amy Paternoster was named the Gatorade New Jersey State Player of the Year for high school girls soccer in 2017-18.

As a fiancé, Paterson is not only loving and caring but also very supportive. When Pickett competed in the NFL Combine in March 2022, Paternoster offered her support on social media as the quarterback demonstrated his abilities to coaches and staff.

During the NFL Draft, Paternoster sat by his significant other, Pickett’s side all night. Along with Pickett’s family, Paternoster waited for commissioner Roger Goodell to call out Pickett’s name. Pickett’s frustrations and anxiety about when and by which team he may be drafted were shared by Paternoster.

As the NFC dumpster fire traded up to Number 12 to make a pick, Amy Paternoster appeared apprehensive. Paternoster, who is majoring in economics, seemed unhappy during ESPN’s live look-in to Pickett’s Draft command center as the Lions made a huge move to trade up into the Number 12 position, needing a quarterback of the future.

Kenny Pickett’s fiancée appeared to be concerned that she might be transported to Detroit for the next five years. Pickett and his small hands were left on the board by the Lions, who chose wide receiver, Jameson Williams.

The pictures shared during the NFL Draft show Amy Paterson being unhappy and frustrated as Pickett slides down the NFL pick. Pickett was expected to be picked in the starting numbers but slid down to 20th. She faced tweets asking her to stop looking like it was the end of the world.

Kenny was picked as the 20th pick in the NFL Draft and that’s how Kenny Pickett became the first and only quarterback selected in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft when the Pittsburgh Steelers drafted him. He celebrated the night with his family and his fiancé, Amy. Pickett’s performance for the Pittsburgh Penguins this season will be interesting to watch. The world is eager to see him be one of the greatest quarterbacks ever.
