Son Ye-jin (born January 11, 1982 as Son Eon-jin) is a South Korean actress. She rose to prominence in 2003 with the commercially popular The Classic and Summer Scent, which was followed by the commercially successful A Moment to Remember (2004) and April Snow (2005).
