Well-known popstar Aryana Sayeed escapes Afghanistan on a US cargo plane

As the Taliban seizes power, Afghanistan’s biggest female pop diva, Aryana Sayeed, recently fled the nation aboard an American cargo plane. She was one of the fortunate ones who managed to flee the tumultuous landscape.

People all across the world have expressed concern over the fate of Afghan women under the extremist group’s reign.

In the past, the 36-year-old has openly supported the Afghan Army.

‘I’m well and alive,’ Sayeed had informed her internet fans

The musician posted a selfie of onboarding an aeroplane on August 18.

“I am well and alive, and after a couple of unforgettable nights, I have reached Doha, Qatar and am awaiting my eventual flight back home to Istanbul,” she wrote on Instagram.

Her husband, music producer Hasib Sayed, later informed her fans that they had boarded their flight out of Doha.

The philanthropist highlighted her worry about the Taliban resuming control of her homeland in an interview with Alpha News Call.

“The Taliban we encountered 20 years ago were not normal human beings, and they do not treat people humanely, particularly women.”

She fled in a C-17 plane on “August 16 with the assistance of the American Army” and is currently “here in Washington DC.”

“It’s incredible how the world abandoned Afghanistan in the hands of the Taliban in just a few days. “Women are afraid for their life,” stated the television personality, adding, “I pray the public does not recognise them.”

The Voice (Aghan edition) judge went on to criticise the US administration for leaving “Afghanistan in anarchy” in her most recent post.

“Taking a few thousand civilians/American citizens out of Afghanistan is a good thing, but it will not solve the situation. What about the millions of people who have been left behind in utter chaos?”

She also encouraged them to discontinue support for Pakistan.
