Coronavirus: India records 4.12 lakh new cases and 3,980 deaths in the last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours in India, 4,12,262 new cases of infection with the coronavirus were reported, and 3,980 patients died. These are the highest number of new cases and deaths reported in a single day since the onset of the epidemic.

With this, the total number of infected people in the country has increased to 2,10,77,410. Of these, 2,30,168 people have lost their lives due to this dangerous virus.

The number of active cases has increased to 35,66,398.

3.29 lakh patients recovered in the past

3,29,113 covid-19 patients recovered across the country in the last 24 hours.

With this, the total number of patients recovering from the epidemic has risen to 1,72,80,844. The country’s recovery rate is 81.99 per cent.

How are the conditions of the most affected states?

Fifty-seven thousand six hundred forty people found corona infected in Maharashtra on the previous day, while 920 patients died. These are the highest number of deaths in a day in the state.

Similarly, in Kerala, 41,953 people were infected, and 58 patients died, whereas in Karnataka, 50,112 cases reported, and 346 deaths occurred.

In Andhra Pradesh, 22,204 new cases reported, and 85 patients died.
