Thiruvananthapuram: The wife who was hacked by her husband died at Parashala in Thiruvananthapuram. The deceased was identified as Meena, a resident of Parashala Kuzhinjamvila. After beating his wife, her husband Shaji reached the Parassala police station and surrendered.
